Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare import export documentation for all related material in accordance with governmental and international regulations
• Monitor global storage of critical equipment in accordance with defined MRO requirements
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure required material and services are delivered on-time, complete, and to the required location
• Respond proactively to market changes or business needs.
• Identify ways to improve processes and gain efficiency throughout the supply chain
• Maintain cross functional relationship with internal Engineering and Operations personnel

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software applications with ability to learn other specific shipping software
• Effectively work and communicate with personnel at all levels of the organization, including complex and/or technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Detailed oriented with close attention to record keeping and electronic filing

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of one to three years of experience in supply chain management or related fields
• Experience dealing with BIS Department of Commerce export controls preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate general warehouse equipment
• Able to work overtime if applicable
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
